Description
The specimen consists of a bladder. The lateral wall and fundus is grossly thickened by an infiltrative
tumour mass. The surface of the tumour is ulcerated. Histology showed the tumour to be a grade 3
transitional cell carcinoma that extended through the full thickness of the bladder wall.
